At ONE Coaching, we help motivated professionals become confident, effective leaders by identifying and building on their strengths.
Our executive coaching - grounded in International Coaching Federation standards - guides individuals toward meaningful growth and measurable results. Beyond coaching, we partner with schools, nonprofits, and corporate teams to deliver customized development experiences: from on-site consulting and leadership workshops to team development plans and organizational reviews.

ONE (Ownership & Empowerment) Coaching grounds its services in these two values deeply important to our Founder & Executive Coach, Pegah Taylor.
Ownership and empowerment are the values her parents instilled in her through their journey from Iran to building a business and community in Texas amid great challenges. They taught her that true success isn’t about titles or accolades, but about taking pride in your work and empowering others to do the same.
These values shaped Pegah's leadership as the Founding Principal of KIPP CONNECT Middle School and through creating and developing leadership programs at KIPP Texas Public Schools. Today, they guide this LLC's coaching practice. The ONE Coaching Team believes that through authentic relationships, we can own our worth and empower ourselves and others to reach our fullest potential.

About the Founder & Executive Coach
Pegah's Coaching Philosophy: As a leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams identify and leverage their strengths, I support clients in realizing their full potential, achieving personal and professional fulfillment, and becoming the most effective leaders, teams, and people they can be.
Pegah's Speciality: From 2017 to 2025, I’ve coached leaders in schools, districts, and non-profits across middle and executive levels. Beginning in 2025, my coaching will expand to all sectors, supporting leaders in building confidence in people and performance management—whether managing others, being managed, or advancing their careers.
Pegah's Full Self: I find joy in time with my husband, two sons, and close family—often sharing home-cooked meals and meaningful talks. I stay energized by swimming, strength training, and Houston’s cultural events. As a daughter of immigrants and proud Houstonian, I’m committed to equity, inclusion, and community leadership, with a focus on personal growth through reflection and learning.
