Pegah's Coaching Philosophy: As a leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams identify and leverage their strengths, I support clients in realizing their full potential, achieving personal and professional fulfillment, and becoming the most effective leaders, teams, and people they can be.

Pegah's Speciality: From 2017 to 2025, I’ve coached leaders in schools, districts, and non-profits across middle and executive levels. Beginning in 2025, my coaching will expand to all sectors, supporting leaders in building confidence in people and performance management—whether managing others, being managed, or advancing their careers.

Pegah's Full Self: I find joy in time with my husband, two sons, and close family—often sharing home-cooked meals and meaningful talks. I stay energized by swimming, strength training, and Houston’s cultural events. As a daughter of immigrants and proud Houstonian, I’m committed to equity, inclusion, and community leadership, with a focus on personal growth through reflection and learning.
