ONE Coaching can customize services tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. We design flexible coaching and consulting solutions in partnership with you and your organization.
Leadership Coaching
Tailored coaching call packages ranging from 3 months to a full year are designed for leaders to develop in a specific skill or competency or see sustained growth over time towards identified development goals. Shorter-term packages are designed for leaders in sustaining roles. Longer-term packages are designed for leadership new to their role and/or organization. Calls can be set on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, as coaching is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client identified in the launch of the package.
Site Visits
Tailored on-site visits to observe leadership skills in action, provide evidence-based insights to celebrate successes and leverage strengths aligned with the client’s performance goals. Site visit objectives and agendas are collaboratively developed, ensuring confidentiality throughout engagements with leadership, staff, and managers. Site visits include a after-action report to stamp learnings and next steps.
