ONE (Ownership & Empowerment) Coaching grounds its services in these two values deeply important to our Founder & Executive Coach, Pegah Taylor.

Ownership and empowerment are the values her parents instilled in her through their journey from Iran to building a business and community in Texas amid great challenges. They taught her that true success isn’t about titles or accolades, but about taking pride in your work and empowering others to do the same.

These values shaped Pegah's leadership as the Founding Principal of KIPP CONNECT Middle School and through creating and developing leadership programs at KIPP Texas Public Schools. Today, they guide this LLC's coaching practice. The ONE Coaching Team believes that through authentic relationships, we can own our worth and empower ourselves and others to reach our fullest potential.​
