With nearly two decades of leadership experience at KIPP Texas Public Schools, Pegah has led talent and leadership development for more than 2,500 educators, designed leadership development programs, and served as the founding school leader of an A-rated campus. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Pegah has provided executive coaching across the national KIPP network since 2019, contributed to national leadership development strategy, and currently mentors aspiring coaches pursuing ICF certification.

As a 2003 Terry Scholar and Terry Scholarship selector, Pegah volunteers in the selection process, evaluating and interviewing high school students competing for scholarships to attend Texas public universities.
