This includes (1) EQi-2.0 Assessment taken by the leader, (2) the same EQi-2.0 Assessment taken by their manager/peers/direct reports, and (3) one 90-minute debrief to go over the results of self-ratings in emotional intelligence and where there is alignment with perception of different stakeholders.
